Mandatory compliance training covering data protection and GDPR, health and safety in the workplace, equality, diversity and inclusion, and your responsibilities under UK law. Essential for all staff.
Lessonspace online teaching, lesson planning, feedback and quality assurance for NSEMM tutors and programme coordinators.
For administrators and senior staff. Covers the Admin Hub, finance and payments, document management with DocuNest, HR processes, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Advanced safeguarding for designated leads. Covers using the Protect system, managing concerns, information sharing and triage, multi-agency working, and the Prevent duty. Builds on Pathways 1-3.
Intermediate safeguarding training building on Pathway 1 knowledge. Covers responding effectively to disclosures, referral pathways, multi-agency working, contextual safeguarding, online safety, and the Prevent duty. Required for all teaching staff and those working directly with children and young people. Approximately 2 hours.
Foundation safeguarding training covering recognising signs of abuse and neglect, understanding types of harm, knowing when and how to raise concerns, and the importance of professional curiosity. This course fulfils the Safeguarding Level 1 requirement for all staff. Approximately 1.5 hours.
